“ You know it’s good when you rush into eating it before you take the photo, lol! The chef was very friendly and conversational. The fish to rice ratio was generous. I got the seared salmon which was perfect! The salmon was fresh and great quality- firm enough to chew yet buttery-melty and without sinew. The rice stayed together well but the grains were intact and not mashed together. This takes care and skill. A gem of a find! ”
